Introduce Zoios properly
Employees need to feel comfortable answering the survey, and that requires a good introduction of the platform. It's important to explain why this matters, how anonymity is managed and what they can expect. Check out this guide.
Integrate your Slack account
If your company uses Slack and haven't integrated your Zoios account into Slack you are missing out. Here is the guide to do that in just a few clicks.
Make sure managers use it with their teams
The number one factor for good response rates is manager using Zoios. They should all have access to their teams or direct reports, and you should make it clear that they are expected to look at their data and communicate that to their team.
Furthermore, we believe that good team leaders transparently show the results after each survey, tell the team their key takeaways and whether any actions will be done.

Reply to thoughtful employee comment
Our platform asks intelligent follow up questions after the rating- or score questions to collect more context. The comments are anonymized, but managers and HR can still respond to those comments, which is an amazing feature. This makes people feel heard and increases response rates as well as comments.
Present the data at all-hands meetings
You don't have to spend 30 or 60 minutes presenting the results. But why should people answer if they don't feel it's used for anything?
Most companies are perfect, so there should be no problem in showing employees the results and spend a few minutes explaining your reflections on the matter.
Who should do this? In our experience it's best if it's the CEO, but of course the COO and the CHRO can also do it.
