Why am I am not able to log in?

This guide helps you get into the platform and start utilizing everything the platform has to offer.

We assume you are reading this because you tried to log in but it failed.

The easiest way to fix this is to utilize the forgot password feature.

Here are the steps

  1. Go to app.zoios.io.

  2. Click forgot password.

  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  4. Follow the step and create a new password (see requirements).

  5. You're done. Log in and enjoy. πŸŽ‰

If that didn't work, then you likely don't have access to your company's account or your email is wrong. Contact the person in your organization that runs Zoios and ask them to give you access.
