Whitelisting is super important
Whitelisting is essentially a way to pre-approve all emails from Zoios and prevent your surveys from landing in spam. π You are taking a big risk if you skip this step, as there is a significant risk the survey will land in your employee's spam folder.
When we send an email at the same time to your 200 employees it looks an awful lot like spam to Google and other email clients. Especially because we have never really communicated with your employees before.
That is why we need to whitelist our email domain either in Google or Microsoft to maximize the chance that we pass through your spam filters - and actually land in the inbox of your people.
Here are the steps for whitelisting in Microsoft
You need admin rights to your Microsoft 365 to mange this. If you are not part of the IT team we suggest you forward this guide to them.

Scroll down and click on Edit allowed and blocked senders and domains
Click on Allow domains and add the zoios.io domain allow list.
