Problematic strain contact person

This guide explains how to manage the contact person who receive strain notifications in cases where employees consent.

In case you aren't aware of our strain notifications, then we'd suggest you read this article on strain notifications first. This article is focuses on how to set and manage the strain contact person for employees.

Set a default contact person

If you wan't someone to be the default person to receive these notifications, then you can contact us to set a default contact person across your whole organization - for example the Head of HR or your workplace representative.


Bulk edit the contact person

In case you want to change the contact person for everyone in the organization, or everyone in a specific team or department, you can follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Admin panel and navigate to the Employees page.

  2. Click the checkbox in the header row of table (left of "Name") to select all employees on the page. If you have multiple pages of employees that you want to edit, you can continue to page 2 and again select everyone on the page.

    1. If you only want to edit people in a specific department or team, then use the filter button first - then chick the checkbox in the header row.

    2. Note that it says how many employees you have selected.

  3. Click Bulk edit default contact once you have selected all the employees that you want to edit.

  4. Chose the new contact person from the dropdown.

  5. Click save changes and you're done. πŸŽ‰


Edit a single employee's contact person

  1. Go to the Admin panel and navigate to the Employees page.

  2. Click the employee you wish to edit, to open their employee profile.

    1. You can use search or filter to easily find the employee you need.

  3. Find the field Default contact use the dropdown to add or edit the employee's contact person.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click update employee. You're done. πŸŽ‰
