This guide provides phrases that you can use to not loose your team or employee's trust in Zoios being anonymous while talking.

It's completely normal to want to address the comments without making people feel uncomfortable or like they have been "revealed".

Ensure people are okay

This example is a that is experiencing a rather high strain score, and where one person has a problematic strain score (i.e. high stress). However, the manager isn't sure who it is, so they want to check-in with everyone.

The idea is good and so are the intentions, and if done right, the manager will accomplish his or her plan of helping the person with problematic strain deal with the issues causing this. The problem is that if the person sense that their anonymity was revealed then it will hinder the odds that we notice these things in the future.

Suggested phrases: "Inside of Zoios we track strain, as you might know, and this month the strain score for the team was rather high. I obviously don't know who answered what, and that doesn't matter. What matters to me is be there for you in case you feel the pressure our current situations and our projects?"... "Essentially I just wanted to check-in and hear how it's going?"
