Some companies have chosen not to use the automatic survey schedule and control the send out dates themselves (in those cases you have to ask someone from your People or HR team).

We always send surveys on Tuesdays and we aim for the middle of the month. Both these factors are to ensure as objective and comparable measurements as possible between surveys. Improved scientific accuracy matters.
